Enable GC client logging.

Sometimes it is helpful or necessary to enable client logging to fully capture detailed stack traces when something goes wrong in the GC client. To enable this logging you simply specify a file name or 'console' in the lax.stderr.redirect and lax.stdout.redirect properties of the gcClient.lax file installed in the bin directory under your client installation. Next time the client is started all errors and messages will be logged to either the specified file or a console window.
